Information you choose to share
The quote enquiry form on this website prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your details to a website database. Your request is sent only when you send the email. You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
An enquiry may contain your name, contact details, suburb and cleaning requirements. We use the information you provide to respond and discuss the service you requested. Please avoid including sensitive information or property access codes in an initial enquiry.
Technical information
The site is hosted using Google Cloud storage, load balancing and caching services. These services may process basic request information, including an IP address and requested URL, to deliver the website and maintain its security.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and clicks on quote, phone, email and client-login links. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and process technical information such as browser and device information to produce reports. Our events use the page’s canonical address without query strings or fragments. Names, contact details and enquiry text entered in the quote form are not included in these events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the website tag.
The analytics tag is not loaded when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also block analytics through your browser’s privacy tools. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.
The website uses your browser language to select English or Chinese. Your manual language choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for future visits; it is not synced to your client account.
Client portal and external links
The UrbanAide client portal and mobile apps are separate services. This notice describes the public website only. You can review the client portal privacy policy for information about that service.
When you follow links to app stores or other external websites, their privacy practices apply.
