What the figures mean

The figures cover 1 July–30 September 2026 in Melbourne local time and were checked on 10 October 2026. They count Airbnb cleaning jobs recorded as completed / ready for billing in our Melbourne East and West service regions. Cancelled jobs, other task types and future bookings are excluded. Properties are counted once per internal property record across the quarter.

Public figures are rounded down to broad scale bands. This is historical activity, not a count of properties currently under contract or an independent market ranking. Selected photos illustrate recorded work; they are not customer testimonials, a cleanliness certification or a guarantee for future jobs.
